Canadian Minerals and Metals Plan

Wednesday September 12 at 11AM as part of the Sustainable Mining Conference

On September 12, the Canadian Minerals and Metals Plan (CMMP) Secretariat will bring mining sector players up-to-date following feedback from federal, provincial and territorial mines ministers on the Plan outline presented to them in August 2018. The Plan’s overall goal is to re-establish Canada as the foremost mining nation in the world. This exciting and informative session will be Northern Ontario's only opportunity to hear the new direction and will be followed up with an invitation to all stakeholders to voice and share their input and have their questions answered.

Join the secretariat of the Canadian Minerals and Metals Plan as they layout the new direction for the Canadian mining sector. Mines,  Manufacturers, First Nations, Education, Investors and NGO's are encouraged to be part of the process of arriving at a framework for the Canadian Minerals and Metals Plan.
