Did you know 98% of safety leaders believe participation drives safety? In our research study, we analyzed our big data set of 260 million data points gathered from eCompliance customers across a variety of industries.  From this, we measured their level of participation and compared that to their incident rate reduction, with incredibly interesting results.  From the results we extrapolated that companies generally fall within four types of safety cultures, related to their level of employee participation.

Our session will help you define where your company falls within the safety culture framework and you will be able to explore the five intentional steps done by the safest companies to build a High Participation Safety Culture.

Attendees will learn:

  • How employee participation in safety correlates with incident rates
  • The four types of safety cultures
  • The 5 steps to building a High Participation Safety Culture
